Dinner Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head red cabbage
10 Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp. red vinaigrette
2 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
clove of garlic
Preparation

Whip vinaigrette, mustard, olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper and garlic with a fork until creamy.
Lightly toss cabbage and Brussels sprouts.
Top with the dressing.
Follow with crumbled Bleu cheese.
