Sausage Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 (1 lb.) box raisins
    2 c. walnuts (may use more)
Preparation
    Soak raisins in hot water for 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    Put hot water in bowl with sausage.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in loaf or Bundt pan.
