Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. scalded milk
4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
9 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water with 1 teaspoon sugar for 10 minutes. Scald milk and add to sugar and salt.
Cool.
Add yeast and stir. Add 4 cups flour.
Blend smooth.
Add shortening.
Blend well; add remaining flour.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Knead 10 minutes.
Let rise 1 hour.
Punch down and let rise again.
