Homemade Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Divide into 3 parts.
Use 3 pieces of aluminum foil and shape each part of meat mixture in long roll. Roll up in foil.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Take out, turn over, and poke hole in bottom of each roll with fork.
Place on rack in pan and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
