Onion Cheese Supper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Add to mixture.
    Stir until moistened. Add onion, half the cheese and parsley.
    Spread dough in greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Drizzle melted butter over.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes clean.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
