Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. finely ground nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix the oleo and 1 1/4 cups sugar well. Add the eggs, sour cream, flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. Put half the mixture in angel food pan. Mix the ground nuts, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar together in separate small bowl. Put half of nut mixture over cake in pan. Fill pan with rest of batter and cover with the remaining nut mixture. Start this in a cold oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
