Lemon-Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh parsley, stems removed (2 Tbsp. dry)
2 Tbsp. fresh basil (1 tsp. dry)
1 whole onion, quartered
8 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt (if desired)
8 chicken breasts, skinned or 2 lb. chicken pieces
Preparation

In blender, place all ingredients, except chicken pieces. Blend until pureed.
Place chicken in glass or non-metal pan.
Pour garlic mixture over and turn chicken pieces to coat.
Pierce all over with fork.
Marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour or up to four hours.
Grill over medium-high heat or broil for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
