"Venus De Milo" Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 large (46 oz.) can College Inn chicken broth
    1 qt. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 to 1 c. small pasta
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In large pot, brown hamburger.
    Add chicken broth, water, soup mix and celery.
    Boil 20 minutes.
    Add stewed tomatoes and frozen mixed vegetables; boil 15 minutes.
    Add pasta and boil until pasta is done.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top when served.
