Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    parsley, chopped finely
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
