Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. orange gelatin
    1 sm. pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    2 oranges, cut up
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat pineapple to boiling; dissolve gelatin and cream cheese in hot mixture.
    Cool until it begins to thicken.
    Add remaining ingredients, chill until firm.
    Yield 8-10 servings.
