Ingredients

1 recipe pizza dough
1/8 c. olive oil
1/8 c. butter
1/4 c. chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, crushed
fresh basil, tarragon and marjoram
fresh oregano and thyme, finely chopped
8 to 10 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. sliced pitted black olives
1 can artichoke bottoms
4 oz. Prosciutto ham
thinly sliced onion
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix pizza dough recipe according to directions.
Saute garlic and herbs in olive oil and butter until garlic is soft.
Add chicken broth and cornstarch, stirring until thickened.
Cover pizza dough with this mixture, then add layer of artichokes, ham, onions and cheese and sprinkle olives on top.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
