Parfait Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
6 c. water
5 bananas, mashed
2 c. orange juice
juice of 2 lemons
2 boxes frozen strawberries, mashed
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
7-Up
Preparation

Boil together until dissolved the sugar and water.
Add bananas, orange juice, lemons, strawberries and pineapple juice. Mix together and freeze at least 24 hours. When ready to serve, add 3 (16 ounce) bottles 7-Up to each 1/2 gallon of unthawed punch.
Pour 7-Up over punch. Mix about 1/2 hour before serving.
