Elsie'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) can peas, drained
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can white corn, drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil first 6 ingredients.
    Combine pepper, carrot and onion and beans.
    Pour vinegar and oil mixture over vegetables.
    Stir and chill for 24 hours.
