Tangy Orange And Fruit Brownies - cooking recipe

1 (19.85 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Lovin Lites fudge brownie mix
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/3 c. orange juice
2 egg whites
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried fruit bits
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray or solid shortening.
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, orange peel, orange juice and egg whites; stir 75 strokes by hand.
Stir in fruit bits.
Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 28 to 30 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cool completely.
Cut into bars.
Makes 24 bars.
