Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    juice and grated rind of 1 to 2 lemons
    1 baked pie shell
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, egg yolks, butter, water and flour.
    Cook until thick.
    Add lemon juice and rind.
    Pour into pie shell and top with meringue.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown.
