A.1. Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. A.1. steak sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Take beef from skillet.
    Add to the same skillet, the remaining margarine and cook mushrooms and onion until tender.
    Return meat to skillet; add water and steak sauce; heat to a boil.
    Reduce to low.
    Simmer 50 to 60 minutes until tender.
    Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles.
