Grilled Baked Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 lb. orange roughy fillets
    1 lemon, cut in half
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    Place a large sheet of aluminum foil (twice the size of what is needed to hold fish).
    Brush a little of the butter over the foil. Place fish in center of foil and brush remaining butter over fish. Squeeze lemon over fish.
    Sprinkle seasonings over fish.
    Fold edges up and over to seal; set aside.
    Preheat grill on medium for 10 minutes, then turn to low.
    Place foil packet on cooking grid. Close lid and grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork.
