Pineapple-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reserved pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. marshmallows (optional)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserving juice.
    Set aside.
    Combine egg and sugar in saucepan, beating until foamy.
    Add flour and juice, stirring until smooth.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in cheese on top. Saute crushed Ritz crackers and 1/2 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
