Fresh Cranberry Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
2 c. fresh chopped cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 tsp. soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil (Crisco)
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Let the water, chopped cranberries, sugar and pecans or walnuts stand about 6 hours to form juice.
