Brunch Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine or butter
    2 c. Armour low-salt ham, cubed
    2 c. frozen potato wedges
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. frozen lima beans
Preparation
    Saute all ingredients (except beans) in margarine for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Stir in beans and heat.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    You may top with low-fat shredded cheese and broil until melted.
