Belgium Waffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until lemon colored; add milk.
    Add melted butter alternately with sifted ingredients.
    Fold in well beaten egg whites (not too dry).
    Bake on hot waffle iron.
    Top with whipped cream and sliced, sweetened strawberries.
    Makes 6 to 8 waffles.
