Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    approximately 1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1/2 to 1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk; beat well with fork.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and seasoned salt in separate bowl.
    Cut round steak into serving sizes; dip each piece in egg mixture, then into flour mixture.
    Brown steak in oil on top of stove.
    When all pieces of steak are browned, layer steak in ovenproof pan.
    Mix soups and mushrooms; pour over steak and add enough milk to make mixture thin.
    Cover and bake in hot oven until mixture is hot and bubbly and steak is tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
