Glazed Winter Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium hubbard squash
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel squash and cut in 1-inch cubes. Melt butter.
    Add brown sugar, lemon juice and salt.
    Mix well.
    Place cubes of squash in shallow well-greased baking dish.
    Pour other ingredients over squash.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Baste several times during baking time.
