Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cucumbers
    8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1/4 tsp. ground turmeric (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and score cucumbers.
    Slice into thin rounds and put into nonmetallic bowl.
