Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Fold in squash and onion. Combine stuffing mix and butter; spread mix in bottom of casserole.
    Add vegetable mixture.
    Put a little stuffing on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
