Sand Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
2 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat 2-inches of water in double boiler.
Turn off.
Over double boiler, beat egg whites stiff.
Add sugar and beat 10 minutes.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls and bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 6 hours.
