Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    1 c. onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. croutons (seasoned)
Preparation
    Slice squash.
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Put into 2-quart dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes (uncovered).
