Amish Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf bread, crumbled
1 stick oleo, divided
1/4 c. cooked, diced carrots
1/2 c. celery, finely cut
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked, diced potatoes, salted
1 chicken, finely cut
3 Tbsp. parsley
2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown bread in 1/2 stick oleo, turn often.
Remove from heat. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper to taste and mix together. Melt other 1/2 stick in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Meanwhile, mix egg mixture with carrots, celery, potatoes, chicken, parsley and milk.
Stir in bread crumbs and pour over oleo in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned all around.
