Danish Red Berry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raspberries
    2 c. strawberries
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. cold water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. honey or sugar
Preparation
    Combine berries in a food processor or blender and blend until pureed.
    Strain the berry mixture to remove the seeds.
    Combine the berries with 1 cup water in a medium-size saucepan.
