Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. imitation crab
1 bunch green onions
3 stalks chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayo
1 pack Knox gelatine and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, dissolved in small bowl
1 can cream of mushroom soup
crackers or bread
Preparation

Combine crab, green onions, celery, cream cheese and mayo. Mix well. In separate bowl, dissolve lemon juice in the Knox gelatine. In a small saucepan, heat soup in condensed form until hot. Remove from heat. Add Knox and stir together. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in a mold to set for 24
hours. Serve with crackers or bread.
