Slow Cooker Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
12 pieces broiler-fryer (thigh, drumstick or breast, about 3 1/2 lb.)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, quartered
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

The night before

early
in
the
morning,\tcombine frozen orange juice concentrate, salt and pepper with 1 cup of the water, the catsup, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic salt and ginger.
Mix well and pour into a large bowl.
