Snowy White Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. white wafers
    1 jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter;
    brush
    side
    with melted butter.
    Add milk and sugar; cook
    over medium heat to boiling point.
    Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Lower heat and cook to soft ball stage, 12 to
    15 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add wafers, Marshmallow Creme, vanilla
    and
    nuts;
    mix
    well.
    Pour
    into
    9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut when cooled.
    Very good at Christmas.
