Favorite Bean Soup(High Fiber) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Northern beans
    1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (20 oz.) can chickpeas
    2 c. chopped fresh spinach
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients including liquid from beans.
    Cover and simmer over medium heat 1 hour.
    If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
