Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 large green peppers (2 1/2 c. sliced)
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook meat (1/8-inch slices cut across grain) with oil in skillet.
    Add garlic, salt, ginger and pepper.
    Saute until garlic is golden.
    Remove all from skillet. Add green peppers and onions to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes. Return meat to skillet. Add soy sauce, bouillon and cornstarch mixture. Add beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water. May replace canned beef bouillon.
    Simmer 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over hot white rice.
