Pork Pot Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
salt
pepper
6 slices onion
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/3 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. salt
6 slices orange
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Lightly salt and pepper each chop.
Brown chops on both sides in a large skillet.
Drain fat.
Mix sugar, water, orange peel and juice, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Pour over chops.
Place an onion slice and an orange slice on each chops.
Simmer, covered, on low heat for 1 hour.
Remove chops.
