Coffee Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. raisins (golden)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Gradually add milk, butter and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Makes 1 loaf.
