Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
4 lb. chuck roast
2 c. water
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

In Dutch oven in hot oil, brown meat on both sides.
In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour broth mixture over roast. Bake, covered, with foil or ovenproof lid at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is very tender.
Drain fat.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
