Double Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. chicken pieces
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Measure corn flakes into shallow dish or pan.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat egg and milk slightly.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Mix until smooth.
Dip chicken in batter.
Coat with crushed cereal.
Place in pan, in single layer, skin side up, in greased or foil-lined baking pan.
Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
