Mildred'S Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 scallions
    1 fresh plum tomato
    2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
Preparation
    Preheat broiler, line it with foil.
    In a medium sauce pan, combine tomato juice, tomato paste, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, horseradish, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Reduce heat, uncover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Coarsely chop scallions and tomato.
    Place chicken on broiler, spoon half of sauce over chicken and grill 4 inches from heat until chicken turns brown.
    Stir in scallions and tomato in the remaining sauce.
    Turn chicken over and spoon remaining sauce on chicken.
    Cook 4 inches from heat until brown, about 12 minutes.
