Thin Peach Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 unpeeled medium size peaches, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. apple juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. brown sugar, divided
Preparation
    Combine
    flour\tand
    salt
    in a bowl.
    Cut in margarine with a
    pastry
    blender\tuntil mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle water
    and\t1/4
    teaspoon vanilla.\tStir with a fork until\tall dry ingredients are moistened.
    Shape dough into a ball and press into a lightly greased pie plate.
    Set aside.
