Chocolate Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, bring evaporated milk just to a boil.
    Add chocolate chips, return to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted, slightly thickened and smooth.
    Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
    Serve warm as a dipping sauce for fresh fruit, or spoon over cake or ice cream. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
