Twice Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    4 pats butter
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash squash.
    Cut in half and remove seeds and membranes.
    Lay squash cut side down in a microwave dish.
    Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High for about 9 minutes.
    Carefully turn squash over and add a pat of butter.
    Sprinkle some brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Return to microwave and cook on High, covered, for about 4 minutes, until cooked.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then serve in shells.
    Serves 4.
