Humitas(Corn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ears uncooked corn, grated (leaves from outside of corn, be careful not to tear)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 oz. crumbled cheese
Preparation
    Mix the grated corn with the beaten eggs.
    Add butter, cheese, salt and sugar; mix well.
    Place a tablespoon of this mixture in the center of each leaf and roll well in the leaf in the form of an envelope, tying the square with strings of the same leaf.
    Cook for half an hour in a double boiler.
