Potato Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot fluffy mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. dry bread, crumbled
    2/3 c. bacon grease
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Use only hot fluffy potatoes and combine with the other ingredients.
    Bake in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until browned. This is delicious.
    Should be served immediately out of the oven.
