Skillet Zucchini And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini
    6 medium tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. dry basil leaves
    ground pepper (as desired)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella
    2 c. croutons (seasoned)
Preparation
    Take two 12-inch skillets and divide recipe ingredients between
    them
    as
    follows:
    Melt
    butter
    in
    skillets;
    add zucchini
    and onion.
    Cook until zucchini just becomes tender. Add tomatoes
    and
    seasonings,
    cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from
    heat and add cheese and croutons.
    Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Cut
    into
    pie shaped wedges 6 to a pan and serve. Serves 12.
