Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
4 slices Natural Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch pan. Rinse sauerkraut in colander with cold water.
Press out excess liquid.
Sprinkle sauerkraut on chicken, top each breast with cheese cut crosswise in half.
Pour salad dressing over this and cover pan with foil.
Bake 40 minutes or until tender with fork. Skim fat, garnish with parsley.
