Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    3/4 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. cracker crumbs (I use cheese Ritz)
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
