24 Hour Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
2 onions
1 green pepper
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. Italian dressing
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Place in a dish a layer of cabbage, onions, and pepper.
Mix vinegar, dressing, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.
Pour some vinegar mixture over layer.
Make as many layers as you can. Pour mixture over each layer.
Place in refrigerator, covered, for 24 hours.
Next day, stir well and serve.
It will keep for a week in refrigerator, covered tightly.
