Nacho Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in sq.
1 (16 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
corn chips
Preparation
-
Brown the ground beef and sausage; drain and set aside. Combine
remaining
ingredients,
except
chips.
Place on low heat
and
stir until cheese is melted.
Add meat mixture; mix well.
Pour into crock-pot to keep hot.
Serve with corn chips for dipping.
