Tomatoes Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    10 fresh basil leaves, shredded
    sprig of fresh basil
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes and arrange on a serving dish.
    In a small bowl, combine vinegar, salt, pepper and onion. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Drizzle vinaigrette over tomatoes and sprinkle on shredded basil.
    Garnish with sprig of basil.
